    Job Description

    We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Analyst Relations Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with industry analysts, driving analyst participation in key company initiatives, and influencing research coverage that supports our market positioning. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the analyst ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute the analyst relations strategy with the head of Analyst Relations to enhance the company’s visibility and influence within the industry.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key analysts from firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others, ensuring they are informed on Freshworks’ vision, products, and market differentiation.
    • Manage the analyst briefing process, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-ups to maximize engagement outcomes.
    • Monitor analyst research and industry trends, providing internal stakeholders with insights and recommendations to inform strategy decision-making.
    • Drive participation in industry analyst reports and vendor assessments (Magic Quadrants, Waves, Marketscapes) to strengthen the company’s market positioning.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including product marketing, corporate communications, and leadership, to develop compelling messaging and presentations for analysts.
    • Manage a calendar of AR activities, including events, webinars, and briefings, ensuring alignment with key company milestones.
    • Track and measure the impact of analyst relations efforts, providing regular reports on coverage, sentiment, and business influence.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5-9 years of experience in analyst relations, communications, or related fields within a B2B environment (technology or SaaS preferred).
    • Strong understanding of the analyst landscape and experience working with top firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships with analysts and internal stakeholders, including executives.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of AR programs.
    • Experience collaboration with PR, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    Additional Information

    The annual base salary range for this position is $154,000 — $208,000 USD.

    Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
