    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Analytic Modernization Specialist with expertise in JEMA and/or Brewlytics to process and analyze large datasets. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical experience, and a customer-centric approach to deliver world-class data modeling content. The position supports a mission-critical initiative within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC).

    This opportunity offers an exciting and dynamic work environment where collaboration with clients is essential to address complex analytical challenges. The selected candidate will lead efforts in data-driven solutions, leveraging JEMA/Brewlytics and other analytical tools. The role involves scripting, data analysis, pattern identification, and employing advanced methodologies to enhance intelligence operations.

     

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Collaborate with clients to define analytical requirements and determine optimal data-driven solutions.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert in JEMA, Brewlytics, and other analytical tools.
    • Develop scripts, analyze data, and identify patterns to support mission-critical operations.
    • Utilize advanced analytics to uncover hidden trends and provide actionable intelligence insights.
    • Train and support intelligence professionals in the effective use of analytic modernization tools.
    • Ensure data modeling content meets high standards of accuracy and effectiveness.

     

     

    Required Qualifications:

     

    • Security Clearance: TS/SCI Clearance is required.
    • Experience: relevant experience or degree in mathematics or a science-related field (a combination of experience and certifications can substitute for a degree)
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Strong knowledge of advanced analytic methodologies and their implementation.
      • Experience in geospatial policies, international policy, co-production, and data dissemination.
      • Background in working within the Intelligence Community (IC) to develop analytical methodologies.
      • Expertise in data mining, database development, and maintenance.
      • Experience utilizing GOTS analytics capabilities to modernize analytical processes.
      • Proficiency in FADE tools (MIST, INTELBOOK, LINX, WATCH BOX) for intelligence analysis.
      • Hands-on experience with COTS statistical software (e.g., MapLarge, Tableau, Esri dashboard, MatLab, Brewlytics, JEMA).
      • Strong data visualization skills, including matrix analytics, network analytics, and geospatial visualization.
      • Ability to conduct GEOINT analysis using spatio-temporal data from imagery, databases, and other intelligence sources.
      • Experience in multi-INT research supporting intelligence analysis and reporting.
      • Leadership in directing highly skilled technical and analytical teams.
      • Proficiency in developing new geospatial methods and technologies.
      • Ability to identify system enhancements, new capabilities, and business case development.

       

       

    Desired Qualifications:

     

    • Advanced programming experience in one or more of the following: HTML 5/JavaScript, ArcObjects, Python, Model Builder, Oracle, SQL, GIScience, ArcGIS Desktop/Server, Arc SDE, ArcIMS.
    • Customization experience in ArcGIS templates, ArcGIS Portals, and ESRI StoryMap Templates.
    • Experience in creating shapefiles, geodatabases, and data retrieval/storage solutions.
    • Proficiency in automating processes using R, Python, JAVA, or HTML.
    • Development experience in .NET, Python, C++, and/or JAVA for web and geodatabase applications.
    • Understanding of Structured Observation Management (SOM) tools (e.g., STARE, GOWK, CEDALLION, FCMS) and Object-Based Modeling.
    • Expertise in building and maintaining GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT databases.
    • Strong presentation and training skills, including the ability to deliver briefings, demonstrations, and hands-on training to intelligence professionals.
    • Ability to integrate commercial and government solutions into customer mission sets.
    • Proficiency in providing research support for DoD and Intelligence Community reports and briefings.
    • Ability to extract and acquire geospatial and multi-INT data for analysis, visualization, and modeling.
    • Capable of producing descriptive and predictive analytics in both written and visual formats.
    • Experience in developing and publishing formal intelligence products (e.g., Cedalion database remarks, baseline descriptions, GEOINT Notes).
