    JOB DESCRIPTION

    YOUR PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    • Mid-day to evening availability
    • Available to pick up samples from clients 4-5 days/week (Monday-Friday)
    • Have a good driving record
    • Complete all front desk and administrative duties, including sample receiving and processing duties
    • Prepare samples for routine testing per ARL SOPs and/or method verification, whenever assigned
    • Perform all duties and projects, as assigned by ARL leadership
    • Represent ARL professionally
    • Provide high level of customer service
    • Report directly to Sample Management Team Lehi on Receiving and Courier duties
    • Assist the People Team, Partnerships, and Business Development Team in all administrative duties, when assigned

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • All majors welcomed
    • General laboratory experience preferred
    • Fluency in English is preferred
    • Be capable of working in a small team environment with a growing company
    • Good communication skills
    • Technical Competencies
    • Ability to work in GMP/GLP environment
    • An excellent ability to keep calm under pressure and stay focused to successfully fulfill responsibilities
    • Ability to skillfully adapt to changing demands
    • Complete all assignments and special projects, as directed by ARL leadership
