    Our client is a leading digital transformation consulting firm focused on Data, Cloud, and AI solutions.  As a result of their continued success they are seeking an Analytics Lead who has recent and extensive experience leveraging Google Analytics to drive key insights for their clients.  This role is instrumental in aiding their customers to improve critical decision making to accelerate business growth.

    LOCATION and WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

    Preference is Atlanta or Cleveland area with three (3) days in office. 
    Remote candidates will be considered.
    Must have green card or permanent residency status.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5+ years executing digital analytics strategies across multiple industries/verticals.
    • Built dashboards and completed analysis in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.

    PREFERRED:

    • Proven history of utilizing statistical concepts and techniques, and/or analytics platforms to perform advanced data analysis.
    • Leveraged SQL, Python, and/or R.
    • Integrating data in BigQuery or similar.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work with stakeholders to improve their decision-making process with data.
    • Create Measurement Plans to align business goals to analysis and reporting needs.
    • Create dashboards to monitor the health of the business primarily in Google Analytics & Looker Studio.
    • Conduct analyses to inform business decisions and create ideas to test.
    • Analyze marketing performance, web and mobile activity, and offline conversion activity.
    • Support the alignment to scope, deliverables, and adherence to agreed-upon timelines to ensure the team is achieving business impact goals.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both good and challenging situations.
    • Actively participate in business development activities, including client pitches, estimating work and creating project plans.
    • Create trusted partnerships with clients in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships.
    • Develop sustainable solutions to share knowledge and experiences within the team.
    • Build the expertise of our team through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices.
