Seeking a self-starter with strong initiative and close attention to detail. Must be punctual and have excellent attendance. Assist new and existing policyholders, agents and brokers with questions and/or changes regarding new and existing claims, gather information regarding auto losses, process incoming mail, provide excellent customer service are a few of the many responsibilities associated with this position.
A qualified candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ personal lines auto/homeowners experience in an office and/or call center environment; able to handle high call volume; have professional telephone and people skills; computer skills in various applications; able to multitask; and be well organized. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred. The applicant should have attention to detail, work well in a team environment or individually and must have excellent customer service skills.
