Property Manager - Business Development
As a Licensed Business Development Specialist at Anchor Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our residential real estate rental portfolio and driving department level business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with property owners, and promoting our comprehensive range of property management services. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and deliver tailored solutions will contribute directly to our company's success and reputation in the industry. An active North Carolina Real Estate Broker's License is REQUIRED for this role. Responsibilities: • Prospect Outreach - Identify potential property owners and investors through marketing initiatives, market research, networking, and prospecting. • Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients in target markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and key stakeholders. • Understand client needs and objectives to recommend property management solutions. • Negotiate, Draft, and Execute Property Management Agreements with future homeowners. • Onboard new properties into the Property Management Portfolio. • Track business development activities, sales progress, and client interactions using CRM tools. • Represent the Company professionally and ethically in all interactions with clients and industry professionals. Qualifications: • A valid North Carolina Real Estate License. • Absolutely must be a BIG THINKER, be able to meet predetermined sales quotas, be willing to be held accountable to meeting those numbers. • Must LOVE people! Business development or sales experience a plus. • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. • Understanding of residential property management practices and market dynamics. Compensation: $45,000+ Commission
