    Today we are hiring (4) Anesthesiology - Generalist for our client in 2 locations, Sayres, PA and Corning, NY.

    We are Hiring 4 Anesthesiologist to join our client’s team for 2025!!!

    The highlights of the Anesthesiology Position is as follows:
    • Anesthesiology Residency Program
    • 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms
    • Level I Trauma Center
    • 40% of your time doing your cases, 60% of your time medically directing CRNAs and Residents
    • Teaching opportunities with regular rotations of residents and medical students.
    • Robust EHR used in all areas, including the operating room (EPIC 10-Star health system, top 1% of EPIC Organizations)
    • The Anesthesia Department manages the OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday

    Work-Life Balance:
    • 4-6 Weeks of vacation time

    Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits:
    • Above industry average salary - $525K to $575K total comp
    • $25K Starting Bonus and $25K Retention Bonus after one year
    • $15K Quality/Citizenship Bonus available yearly

    • Malpractice/Liability Insurance, including tail coverage
    • The retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match (1/2 of the first 6% that you invest) and (1-3.5%) age-based contributions

    • $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis - $20K if your referral is another Anesthesiologist

    Career Development:

    • Our client has seven residency programs, including the Anesthesiology Residency. Our client is a regional campus of the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.
