Objective of the position

Helps with the overall marketing process brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

Essential Functions

• Ensure ACBikinis message is consistent throughout all social media platforms, events, emails, and website.
• Design branding materials, inserts, flyers, products, social media post.
• Help strategize toimprove social media reputation and recognition.
• Analyze competitors and market trends
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Form partnerships with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Stay up to date with current social media trends.
• Role model ACB culture and work ethic with adherence to schedule and minimizing negativity in the workplace. Foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
• Attend all team meetings and marketing meetings.
