Job Description:
· Assist Program Director with member enrollment paperwork
· Answer phone calls, maintain good relationship with members
· Advocate for individuals served in the program
· Review and ensure different departments finish their work as scheduled
· Ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and licensing organizations
· Assist with hiring and training new personnel
· Perform all duties delegated by Program Director
· Assist Program Director to coordinate MDT.
· Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of standards of practice.
· Demonstrates knowledge of Code of Ethics
Skills, Education and Requirements
· Master/Bachelor in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Human Services, or a related field; Master’s preferred
· Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a health care related field
· Bilingual in Chinese and English
· Great communication skills and customer services skills
· Capable to multitask
· Strong time management ability
· Great computer skills
· Must be able to complete assigned job on time and be flexible on changes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
