We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Java Developer with significant experience in Angular to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web-based applications using Angular9/8, Java SE, SpringBoot, Docker and Postgres. We are looking for a candidate interested in an independent contractor position under a 1099 arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Significant front-end development experience with Angular 8/9, including a deep understanding of Angular's core features, component-driven architecture, and best practices for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Collaborate with other developers to design, write and optimize code
• Analyze project requirements and provide detailed feedback on feasibility, potential issues, and areas for improvement to ensure alignment with business goals and technical constraints
• Conduct thorough and constructive GitHub pull request reviews, offering actionable feedback to improve code quality and maintain coding standards
• Investigate and resolve bugs by analyzing Splunk logs, identifying root causes, and implementing effective fixes
• Present completed work to stakeholders periodically to demonstrate progress and secure feature acceptance

Qualifications:

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with of Angular, Java SE, SpringBoot, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle

This position will consist of a hybrid schedule. ****Must be located within 2 hours of Woodlawn, MD
