Oregon Park Senior Apartments is a 61 unit cooperative for seniors who is governed by a Board of Directors. We are searching for an apartment maintenance person to maintain the appearance and functionality of our apartment complex by performing routine and preventive maintenance, as well as minor and major repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other equipment, both inside and out. If you are a hard worker and comfortable working with a small but demanding organization, we would like to meet with you.

Duties:

Maintenance and repairs:

Apartment make ready

Responding to after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergencies as needed.

Tracking materials, keeping the property manager informed, and coordinating resolution of issues

Plumbing repair

Appliance service and installation

Wiring electrical fixtures

Heating maintenance

Door and lock installation

Drywall hanging and repair

Performing inspections on apartments units

Maintaining routine repair schedules and checklists
