Your Role as a Sales Consultant:

We are looking for a driven individual to help grow our new and existing sales lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Mastery : Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line to provide expert advice and solutions.
• Closing Deals : Utilize those sales skills to transform leads into satisfied customers by going above and beyond their expectations.
• Networking : Forge and sustain relationships within the industry to broaden your customer base.
• Team Collaboration : Work cohesively with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience and contribute to the team’s overall success.
• Goal Setting : Establish and monitor sales goals and objectives, aligning your performance with the company's growth.
• Continued Training : Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry knowledge and trends.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Formal training in sales or a related field is advantageous.
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

What We Offer:

• Salary: Starting base salary $45,000 + Uncapped Commission
