We offer a competitive base salary and ability to earn UNCAPPED monthly commissions. First year estimated salary after commissions is around $75,000-85,000! 2nd year Recruiters should earn $90,000-110,000 just by meeting minimum goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of staffing, employment, or recruiting experience required

• Positive demeanor
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Task oriented and organized
• Desire to be part of a team working toward common goals
