Overview:

We are seeking experienced Appliance Delivery and Installer Drivers, as well as Helpers, to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a two-man crew. The Driver must be capable of operating a 26ft box truck, and both the Driver and Helper must pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

Inspect all appliances to ensure they are damage-free.

Install household appliances (primarily electric, with a small percentage of gas) including stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, over-the-range microwaves, refrigerators, etc.

Ensure proper installation according to the manufacturer’s specifications and verify that appliances are fully functional.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Interact professionally and courteously with customers.

Employees must provide their own tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in Appliance Delivery and Installation.

At least 6 months of customer service experience.

At least 6 months of experience driving a 26ft box truck and operating a lift gate.

Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and moving dollies.

Ability to move and lift heavy appliances (75 - 300 lbs. with the assistance of moving tools).

Driver-specific requirements:

Must be willing to take a background and drug check.

Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license (NO CDL required).

Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 3 years.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment.
