About the Role
As a Top-Level Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of residential and commercial appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on professionalism and reliability.
Manage service calls efficiently and communicate effectively with customers.
Use tools and resources to ensure quality repairs and excellent service.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven track record as an appliance repair technician (5+ years preferred).
Skills: Expertise in diagnosing and repairing major appliances; EPA or other certifications are a plus.
Customer Focus: Strong communication and customer service skills.
Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and ability to operate a company-provided vehicle.
