You'll be trained to:

Diagnose and repair appliances in customers' homes

Use apps to take pictures, type notes, provide quotes, and collect payment from customers

Provide excellent customer service that results in repeat customers

Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean and organized

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent

Valid Driver's License

Must be at least 18 years of age

Able to use apps on a company phone or tablet

Work one Saturday per month

Arrive at the shop at 7:30am (dispatching from home is available some days) and work until your jobs are complete

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
