This entry-level role is ideal for those eager to learn a hands-on trade with room for growth and advancement.

Job Overview: As an Appliance Technician Trainee, you’ll participate in our comprehensive 8-12 week in-house training program designed to prepare you for a career as a certified Appliance Repair Technician. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians to develop the skills necessary to repair and service major household appliances directly in customers' homes.

Responsibilities:

Learn to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and more.

Shadow experienced technicians to gain knowledge and hands-on experience in appliance repair.

Develop troubleshooting skills for identifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in appliances.

Interact professionally with customers, maintaining a high level of service and communication.

Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while on job sites and in customers’ homes.
