Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Experience with Oracle databases as well as other Oracle technologies with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience.
Experience examining state agency invoicing data to support the AFR process.
Experience examining health and pharmacy claims data from multiple sources in order to load into a cubic data warehouse and to provide adhoc reporting to fulfill executive requests.
Experience aligning state agency invoicing data to enrollment data in order to audit the billing and enrollment systems.
Experience auditing state agency life insurance billing and collections.
Experience loading data from DB/c generated text files into Oracle databases.
Experience analyzing medical and pharmacy claims data to identify possible issues within the data.
Experience analyzing health, life and other insurance enrollment data to identify possible issues within the data.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
Excellent communication skills
Experience communicating with Executive Management
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
Maintaining legacy Oracle systems including databases, cubic data warehouse, APEX, Oracle Portal, etc.
Provide expert reporting solutions efficiently and accurately.
Provide expert guidance to transition existing databases from legacy systems to modern technologies.
Provide expert data auditing to alert state agency to data anomalies and corrections needed.
