Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a full-time Application Specialist to join our team! This role is essential in guiding clients through the Social Security Disability application process with care and professionalism. If you are a detail-oriented, compassionate individual who enjoys assisting others, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in completing online applications for disability benefits via phone.

Follow up with clients to confirm appointment details and gather necessary information.

Provide clear guidance on the application process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation within our database.

Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and effective claim transition.

Qualifications:

Confident and professional phone demeanor

Strong ability to guide clients through complex processes with patience and clarity

Excellent organizational and data-entry skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management

Prior experience in customer service, phone-based support, or administrative work is preferred.
