Are you a tech-savvy professional with expertise in iManage solutions? We’re looking for a DMS Specialist to play a vital role in managing and optimizing the firm’s iManage Cloud suite, including applications like Work, Security Policy Manager (SPM), Threat Manager, Tracker, Records Manager (iRM), and Closing Folders.
This is a full-time, hybrid role (2 days in office) based in Boston, MA, Wahington, DC or New York, NY
Responsibilities:
- Handle advanced support and troubleshooting for iManage applications.
- Perform system administration tasks and monitor automated maintenance processes.
- Plan and execute updates and upgrades for iManage tools and associated utilities.
- Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, scripting languages, and database tools.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in iManage Work administration and support.
- Proficient in APIs, Python, PowerShell, and database scripting (TSQL).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of law firm operations and risk management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with iManage SPM, Threat Manager, Records Manager, or related tools is a plus.
