** Development and Implementation
Design, develop, and test a set of solutions using PowerApps, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools.
Ensure all solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Active Directory, Power Automate, and PowerBI. _
Documentation and Knowledge Transfer_
Maintain detailed technical documentation and user guides for all developed solutions.
Transfer knowledge to PMO staff to ensure long-term maintenance and sustainabilityof the solutions.**

Collaboration and Integration_
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions seamlessly into existing business processes.
Collaborate with business analysts, systems analysts, and IT management to decompose agency processes into high-level solution requirements. _
Project and Product Management_
Perform product management functions for multiple applications, including Project and Portfolio Management, JIRA, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
Conduct project management-related functions, including project financial analysis and training.**

Solution Development_
Develop a Document Management System to route documents for review and approval based on workflow steps.
Create Project Management Automated Templates to extract data from a project management system and fill in document templates. _
Testing and Deployment_
Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.**
Deploy and maintain applications across different environments.

Continuous Improvement_
Maintain and improve existing solutions by managing a backlog of defects and missed requirements.
Continuously enhance operational execution through quantifiable metrics.**

Technical Proficiency and Experience_
Utilize proficiency in MS Products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Leverage 8+ years of experience to independently perform a variety of tasks with creativity and latitude.**

P roject Management Methodologies
Apply experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
Manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and apply knowledge of D.M.A.I.C. and ITIL Project Management methodologies.
Technical Skills and Certifications
Utilize experience in Application UI/UX, APIs, and Data Querying.
Apply Microsoft PL certification and experience using Power BI for data visualization.**
