    Are you looking for a challenging position where you work with customers directly and help them design and develop machine solutions? In this position you will support both new product creation and modifications to existing solutions.

    The position combines a strong mix of technical knowledge and customer engaging skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate client needs into innovative manufacturing solutions.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.

    • Experience automation machinery is preferred.

    • 2+ years of experience with CAD design software is required.

    • Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively.

    • Knowledge of various manufacturing and engineering principles, practices, and procedures.

    • Up-to-date understanding of industry standards and technical developments.

    Essential Functions:

    • Research, design and create concept drawings, aligned with client needs, enabling project progression and accurate, timely quotations.

    • Research, specify, and recommend components for initial concept design, facilitating accurate pricing and effective solutions.

    • Present and demonstrate product and company capabilities to clients, supporting sales processes and strengthening client confidence.

    • Assess project risk and assist in developing competitive pricing models.

    • Review, negotiate, and finalize customer provided User Requirement Specifications to ensure clear alignment.

    • Assess the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of designs to ensure solutions are practical and meet customer expectations.

    • Serve as a technical point of contact for clients during both the quotation phase and the manufacturing process.

    • Collaborate with the Sales Team, attending and actively participating in sales presentations.

    • Attend trade shows and visit customers with sales staff to support relationship building and sales efforts.

    • Model, steward, make decisions upon, and expect to be held accountable to company’s values.
