We've teamed up with a client company that is a niche industrial equipment manufacturer known for its' reliability and customization for over 70 years and they are seeking an Applications Engineering Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of 4-5 Project Managers to coordinate activities between external customers/dealers along with internal company leads in sales, design, customer service and project management. Key Qualifications Include:

• BS Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years exp. in a supervisory or management role; Industrial and or manufacturing exp
• Experience reviewing/editing mechanical drawings in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) Mechanical aptitude with ability to articulate mechanical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally anywhere from 20-40%
