Job Description
Job Purpose:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals to set appointments for free estimates. We have a family-like atmosphere and a friendly work environment. There is a great opportunity to do well here. You would only call people who have contacted us first and showed interest in one of our products; therefore, the Do Not Call list doesn't affect us. We have year-round Marketing efforts that bring in new leads daily. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who enjoys talking to people on the phone and loves to smile. The Call Center Agent will communicate with customers, provide information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. They will follow script, set appointments, increase contact with existing client base and re-set missed appointments, greet and follow a script for showroom walk-ins.
Job Duties:
Daily
Answering calls
Making Outbound calls
Completing assigned marketing tasks
Updating customer information in database
Confirming upcoming appointments.
Other Duties:
Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
Determines requirements by working with customers.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Maintains call center database by entering information.
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:
We are looking for (2) Part-time Call Center Reps. OUTBOUND CALL CENTER SALES
EXPERIENCE A PLUS but not mandatory.
Experience in phone sales or appointment setting is ideal. Industry experience is a plus.
Excellent, professional conversational skills
The ability to be respectful, warm and persuasive over the phone
