Responsibilities
· Cultivating meaningful relationships with staff, patients, and their families
· Ensuring that everyone feels welcome and comfortable throughout their experience
· Greeting patients, checking them in and out, and collecting payments
· Using phone and computer to arrange appointments and manage patient schedule
· Verifying insurance, submitting claims, and explaining coverage to patients
· Providing patients with information about services and treatment plans
· Managing patient communication and thank you notes for referrals
· Maintaining updated stats and reports for staff and doctors
· Assisting with social media accounts, postings, and correspondence
· Restocking and ensuring cleanliness of the front office and reception
· Contacting and working with vendors and community businesses
· Setting up coworkers for success by knowing what they need and when they need it
