Responsibilities: • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met In Ready Mode CRM, your responsibilities include cold calling and speaking to customers about energy savings. You must explain the available programs and products to help customers maximize their savings and schedule appointments with our energy consultants. • Take ownership of your appointments: practice the given scripts and make them your own. • Be a self-starter: utilize your great interpersonal and customer service skills. • You will be responsible for maintaining the CRM by updating lead dispositions. • Weekly one-on-one training sessions are available, and group training sessions are held every Friday after the initial training. Remember, it's not all about work. It's important to have fun and collaborate with your team members. This fosters a positive work environment and enhances team spirit, making you feel included and part of a supportive team. This is a work-from-home position with weekly pay. Qualifications: • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Previous experience in appointment setting and/or cold calling for phone sales is preferred. • Excellent customer service skills are required. • Ability to foster positive relationships to promote brand awareness in the community. • We are looking for self-driven, money-motivated individuals who conduct themselves with integrity. • A positive attitude and the ability to overcome objections are essential. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment. • A strong sense of business ethics is necessary. • Grit, active listening, and emotional intelligence are considered a plus. Compensation: $58,500 - $63,000 yearly
