    Job Description

    We’re seeking a dynamic and charismatic Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the outdoors, hiking, adventure, and traveling. You’ll play a critical role in driving sales growth by booking qualified meetings with businesses in the RV, glamping, hospitality, outdoor retail, and tourism industries. If you thrive on building relationships, spending long hours on the phone, and contributing to a high-performing sales team, we’d love to hear from you!

    This position is exclusively B2B sales and offers a 100% commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential.

    Responsibilities

    Targeted Outreach: Use provided lead lists to connect with decision-makers at RV sites, glamping sites, hospitality businesses, outdoor stores, and tourism companies.

    Relationship Building: Initiate and maintain engaging conversations with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.

    Appointment Setting: Book qualified appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of The Journey’s services.

    Lead Qualification: Assess leads to ensure alignment with our offerings and prepare comprehensive handoffs to the sales team.

    CRM Management: Accurately log and track outreach efforts, responses, and appointments in our CRM system.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and ensure successful conversions.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, with proven success in appointment setting or a related role.

    Strong people skills: Charismatic, personable, and comfortable spending long hours on the phone.

    Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and effectively schedule appointments for sales teams.

    Experience selling to RV sites, glamping sites, hospitality businesses, outdoor retail, or tourism companies is a plus, but not required.

    Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

    Passion for the outdoors, hiking, adventure, and travel.

    Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.

    Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and a drive to exceed targets.

    Compensation

    100% commission-based.

    Monthly Media Services Commission Structure:

    -Month 1: 20% of Revenue

    -Month 2: 20% of Revenue

    -Month 3: 20% of Revenue

    -Month 4: 20% of Revenue

    -Month 5: 20% of Revenue

    -Month 6: End

    Monthly Media Services First Month Bonus:

    -additional +10% commission on exceeding monthly goal

    Quarterly Bonus:

    -additional+5% commission on exceeding quarterly goal

    Month To Month: 15% on the first month only

    Single Service/Project Commission Structure: 10%
