You’ll engage with potential sellers, assist them through the selling process, and help maintain clear communication within the team. Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + commissions on closed deals. Responsibilities: • Reach out to new leads in our CRM via calls and texts. • Establish strong connections and trust with potential sellers. • Evaluate leads based on specific qualifications. • Support sellers throughout their selling journey. • Identify and act on promising deal opportunities. • Maintain consistent communication and manage lead relationships over time. Qualifications: • An effective communicator who enjoys engaging with people. • Determined and able to navigate challenges with confidence. • A history of achieving success in past positions. • Honest and committed to integrity in your work. • Quick to adapt and eager to learn new skills. Compensation: $6 - $8 hourly
