    Join Our Award-Winning Real Estate Team as an Inside Sales Associate (ISA)! Are you ready for a stress-free real estate career? We’re seeking THREE highly motivated Inside Sales Associates to join our dynamic team! Your role will focus on following up with motivated buyer and seller leads and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team Members—no more running around with buyers and sellers! What We Offer: • 40-Hour Workweek: Enjoy stability and work-life balance with consistent hours. • Earning Potential: Base pay + commission. Set at least 3 appointments daily and earn $80,000 to $95,000 per year! • Benefits: • Health benefits • SEP Fund • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Vacation Days after 90 days • Paid Holidays: 10 PTO days annually and 7 major holidays paid. • Flexible Shifts: • 9 AM - 5 PM OR 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (must work two late shifts weekly, earning 4 extra PTO days annually). • One Saturday per month (10 AM - 6 PM, with the prior Wednesday off). Responsibilities: • No cold prospecting • Call back property inquiries and requests • Set appointments for our outside sales team • No marketing or advertising is necessary • All buyer and seller leads supplied • Work a normal workweek • No stress on managing listings • No running buyers around town • Accountability and daily reporting Qualifications: • Computer knowledge • A great attitude • Some customer service sales calling experience • Good phone etiquette • Organized and highly motivated • Self-disciplined • Able to follow directions • Must have or be willing to obtain your real estate license • Must have previous Sales Experience Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 yearly at plan
