The position is full-time and being able to work at a computer and on phones for the majority of your time is crucial. We are customer service driven and being able to professionally engage with lenders, appraisers, real estate agents, attorneys and homeowners is a paramount to our success.
Full time position available Shift Coverage we are hiring for: Monday - Friday, day shift with occasional weekends and overtime as necessary.
Mortgage experience a plus
Previous clerical & customer service

Knowledge of Windows programs

Build trusting relationships with appraisers, lenders, etc
Monitor and maintain appraiser profiles to ensure compliant and up-to-date
Ability to prioritize heavy work load with priority assignments
Ability to provide self-less service, trust, and transparency in all communications and service
Work on own or with a team
Incoming and outgoing phone calls
Other duties as assigned
