You will learn on the job earning a salary while taking an online correspondence class that we will pay for. Pay increase at about 90 days and continue as you progress.
Work is generally 8-5 work and occasional light Saturday's. No work on Sunday, holidays and no travel but overtime is available if you want it. Our technicians are never on call. Flexible hours are possible. Must have your own own hand tools we will provide guidance and help in acquiring them..

Our full program takes about a year to complete. This is much better alternative than going to a trade school or community college and and pay thousands of dollars with no guarantee of a job when you are finished.

Requirements include: • Excellent customer service skills. • Must be willing to learn appliance repair to an expert level. • Must have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Must be computer literate, great with details, numbers, and accuracy. • Must be punctual, courteous, and well groomed. • A background, drug and driving screening will be required. • We are looking for people that have some mechanical or electrical working experience or other maintenance experience that are desiring to learn a trade for life.
