You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Construct and set up plumbing systems. • Analyze and repair pipe and pipeline systems. • Examine architectural plans and construction regulations in order to identify the most effective work methods. • Perform maintenance and prevention for future concerns. • Interpret blueprints and schematics. • Identify material and equipment needs for project completion during project planning. • Maintain and repair septic and industrial sewer systems. • Create written cost estimates for clients before conducting work. • Comply with safety protocols and guidelines. Qualifications: • Proven experience in plumbing, maintenance, or a similar field. • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and schematics. • Able to handle physical workload. • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities. • Have appropriate experiences and licenses. Compensation: $16+ hourly DOE
