Job Summary:
THIS IS MAINLY AN OUTDOOR JOB, VERY PHYSICAL IN NATURE. Main task will be wiring new homes under construction. You will also work with install technicians and service techs in a support role to assist with the completion of installs and service calls. Performs Pre-wire and trim out jobs as the main focus of their tasks. Assists with daily procedures and paperwork for their assigned technician. (The first 90 days of employment to serve as an evaluation period)
Requires excellent communication skills.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Must have a valid Texas Driver License.
Smart phone required for time clock and paperwork submission.
Develop and maintain proficiency in the following areas:
Key Job Responsibilities:
Equipment interconnection and cable routing
Pre-wire and retro-wire standards and practices
Basic troubleshooting of simple systems
Completion of ProSource University within the first year of employment
Minimum Job Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
Familiar with desktop and mobile computing
Clean driving record and background check
