Job Description:
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of NWA is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Residential Plumber. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the plumbing industry with a focus on residential services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist journeyman plumbers in installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential settings.
Learn and apply plumbing techniques under supervision.
Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and vehicles.
Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
No previous plumbing experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
Positive Attitude: Must possess an optimistic outlook, be eager to learn, and show enthusiasm in all tasks.
Commitment to Core Values: Must align with our company values which include professionalism, integrity, respect, and customer service.
Servant Leadership: An understanding of or willingness to learn and apply servant leadership principles in daily tasks.
Volunteering: Experience in volunteering or community service is considered a plus, reflecting our commitment to giving back to the community.
Being Bilingual is a plus
Sales Experience is a plus
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Physical capability to perform the requirements of the job, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
