ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

• You will be trained by the best sales trainers in the industry to sell pest control service to target prospects.

• Our sales representatives work from May through August (flexible start and end dates for students).

• Travel with your team to one of our nearly 50 branches across the nation and experience a new city for the summer (you will be accommodated with a furnished apartment provided to you by Aptive)

SELECT CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years or older by May 1, 2022

• Must enjoy working and collaborating in a team environment

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Can work hard and maintain a good attitude & strong mindset

• Willing to learn & grow and be challenged

• Willing to relocate for the summer months (Spouses and families welcomed)

• Are driven to succeed and hungry to reach personal & company goals

• Pass a drug test and criminal background check

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly+Commission Based

• Our average first year representatives with no sales experience earn $22k-$27k in 3-4 months

• No cap on earnings

NEXT STEPS:

• Complete 3 interviews: one phone interview, one in-person interview, and one phone interview with a regional manager.

• Upon completion of the interviews, select candidates will receive an official offer to work with Aptive Environmental for 2020.
