    Hubbard Family Swim School is a family owned and operated year round indoor swim school. Hubbard provides swim lessons that build confidence and teach water safety skills in a child-centered environment. Our international reputation for excellence in teaching has grown as a result of our passion for teaching and our learn-to-swim techniques. We love teaching and developing every student in our pool. Everyday there is a new success story, a new smile and a chance to make a difference in a child’s life.

    NO SWIM EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

    You do not need to be an experienced swimmer. Hubbard Family Swim School trains our staff to teach swim lessons including paid in person & online trainings.

    Managers are dedicated, hard working, and organized individuals who enjoy working with staff, students and their parents/caregivers. The manager oversees day to day operations including but not limited to: staff and class management, growth and development, safety, exceptional customer service, exceptional swim instruction and facility maintenance. The manager solves problems swiftly and effectively with the use of courtesy, tact and sound judgment. This position requires superior skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and decision-making

    Key Requirements

    2-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience (Preferred)

    Must be at least 21 years of age.

    Possess strong organizational, interpersonal and management skills, excellent communication and time management

    Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch or swim for up to 5 hours in the water

    Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small child up to 50 pounds

    The job requires a commitment (min of 2-3 years) and a min of 2 evenings and 1 weekend shift.

    Willingness to go underwater
