Job Description
The ICM SYSTEMS ANALYST will be responsible for the ICM Application, (Varicent) within Aramark Uniform Services’ Sales Operations Department, including user support, maintenance, configuration, plan analysis, design, testing, and implementation. The ICM Systems Analyst will have decision making authority within the software tool and will guide the business on best configuration practices utilizing his/her software-specific training / education / knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the configuration/enhancement of the Varicent ICM Application per Aramark’s design specifications utilizing disciplined best practices and configuration methodologies. 15%
- Develop, plan and execute appropriate adjustments and testing (e.g. test plans, test cases, and test scripts) to comprehensively test approved enhancements. 20%.
- Re-design, modify or expand existing components to serve new or improve existing business purposes 10%
- Manage partnerships with various internal Business Partners to understand business problems and help to develop functional and technical solutions within the application. 10%
- Serve as the “go-to” expert for commission administrators, business users, and the sales team for troubleshooting application-related problems. 10%
- Create and/or modify end-user Reports and Dashboards as determined by Business Stakeholders. 10%
- Update the application for contests, spiffs, and/or changes in annual compensation plans. 10%
- Work with IT/Data team on data preparation and integration as it relates to the application. 5%
- Maintain strict adherence to established IT change-management and quality assurance procedures (change promotion/migration).

- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve errors/issues as needed.
- Maintain security standards, assign user security levels.
- Train others in the use of the tool as appropriate/requested
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business or Engineering is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience
- IT Application Administration Experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and people skills
- SQL experience is preferred
· Advanced skillsets in Excel / Spreadsheet software preferred
- Strong presentation and projection skills
- Experience in troubleshooting and solution design
- Experience/knowledge of incentive compensation terminology, calculations, and metrics is preferred
- Experience with IT change management (change promotion/migration) is required
