FLOATING/RELIEF ESCROW OFFICER

Immediate openings for an experienced Escrow Officer for a high volume Escrow Company in Chino, Rancho Cucamonga and Riverside. The Floating/Relief Escrow Officer will provide coverage for seasoned Escrow Officers, as well as, back up to units as needed at all three branches. Candidates must be able to manage all aspects of escrow transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all aspects of escrow transactions

• Must have full knowledge of Escrow process

• Provide coverage and relief/back up for seasoned escrow officers

• Strong customer service orientation

• Transportation to commute to all three branches in Chino, Rancho Cucamonga and Riverside (mileage paid)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience working for high volume escrow company

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to consistently meet deadlines and have a strong follow through

• Works well in a team environment as well as independently

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Strong customer service skills

• Knowledge of RBJ software, a plus

• Min. 3 years escrow officer experience
