POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business and increasing profitable sales by growing the customer base within an assigned territory. This position seeks out and gains new customers by promoting company brands, systems, products, and services; and through personal and network connections gains entry into new prospects and closes sales by obtaining signed contractual agreements that support the profitability of the organization.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• B.S. Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, and/or equivalent experience. • Previous industrial sales experience and/or knowledge of related products and/or industry, a plus. • Valid Driver’s license and approved driving record.

Ability to lift 35-70 lbs.
