Part-Time Office Assistant

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide administrative support in our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various office tasks, supporting our construction and sales professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Answering phones, responding to emails, and managing general office correspondence.
Assisting with document preparation, electronic filing, and data entry.
Maintaining organized and efficient office systems.
Customer Interaction:
Interacting with clients to schedule appointments, collect information, and address inquiries.
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive client experience.
Project Coordination:
Assisting in project management tasks, including coordinating schedules and communicating with team members.
Tracking project timelines and ensuring timely completion.
Construction:
Utilizing construction knowledge to support project coordination and communicate effectively with construction professionals.
Assisting in the preparation and submission of permits.
Working closely with city officials and Homeowners Associations (HOAs) to ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with construction or project management is a plus.
Schedule: Part-time position, approximately 20 - 30 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
This is a remote position.
