    We are Archadeck of NorthEast Dallas. Dallas’s leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces such as decks, porches, hardscape patios, and shade structures. Archadeck is seeking professionals with established track records in managing customer expectations and delivering projects to meet / exceed the company's budgetary and quality requirements.     SUMMARY:

    Archadeck of NorthEast Dallas is founded on excellent Customer Service and Professionalism. We expect our team members to be professional in every way. We work very hard, and strive for excellence in everything we do. Construction team members must be dependable and take pride in their work. The right candidate must be able to cultivate a positive atmosphere, lead with a positive attitude when the going gets tough, and maintain the highest level of craftsmanship, professionalism, efficiency and respect. Our construction team members must be teachable and willing to ask questions, learn from mistakes and also be willing to be held accountable in all areas. Must be self-motivated and a great problem solver. There will be room to grow based upon your production efficiency and willingness to be a team player.

    Responsibilities:

    Clean up job sites

    Lay sod, dirt, or gravel

    Excavate and fill trenches

    Demo concrete, patio structures, or landscaping

    Light handyman work (i.e. touch up trim, paint, caulk, sand wood, etc..)

    Deliver materials to job sites

    Perform tasks to assist other skilled trades on the construction site

    Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

    Requirements:

    Will need reliable transportation (preferably a truck), our jobs are within the DFW area

    Experience in operating hand and power tools for demolition, trenching, and other general tasks

    Capacity to physically lift up to 100 lbs.

    Ability to work in all weather condition, be prepared for both extreme heat and cold

    Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule of work

    Driver’s License and auto insurance
