  • Responsibilities

    As a Project Architect at Form4 Architecture, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, technically proficient architectural projects. You will lead the execution, coordination, and documentation of complex new construction projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between consultants, contractors, and internal teams. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving, and leadership to drive project success from design documentation through construction administration. Form4 Architecture values precision, mentorship, and proactive planning, fostering an environment where dedicated professionals can grow and take ownership of impactful projects.

    HARD SKILLS:

    • 10+ years of experience in architecture, focusing on new commercial or institutional construction
    • Licensed Architect (mandatory) – CA preferred or ability to obtain
    • Expertise in building codes (IBC, ADA, CA), structural & MEP coordination, construction administration
    • Strong Revit & Bluebeam proficiency (non-negotiable)
    • Ability to create and implement strategic work plans for project execution
    • Experience in RFI management, submittals, permitting coordination, and construction administration
    • Knowledge of building materials, metal stud framing, curtain walls, cladding systems, and expansion joints
    • Familiarity with industry-standard QC processes to maintain technical accuracy in drawings
