Architect - Architectural Design - Base Salary to 85k/year - Philadelphia, PA

• Our client, local to Philadelphia, PA, provides a comprehensive Architectural, Interior, and sustainable design service for their client. They partner with consultants and their construction team to create your designs into fruition. They work with both commercial and residential properties for design work including: multi-family and single family homes and apartments, hospitals, office spaces, banks, etc. Our client is seeking an Architect to work under the Project Manager/Supervisor to assist with shop drawings and developing creative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Construction details with Supervisor.
• Assist with developing creative design solutions.
• Assist Project Manager with coordination of design and documentation with design consultants.
• Review and process shop drawings.
• Correct or revise documents and drawings from marked up documents by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 3+ years working in an Architectural office
• Experience in all phases of drafting using Revit and AutoCad.
• Experience working directly with clients and design consultants.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 55k - 85k/year range
