    We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with a proven track record in designing and developing commercial and industrial site plans for occupancy permits and other city permits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of zoning regulations, building codes, and other relevant regulations. This role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements and are executed efficiently.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Site Plan Development: Prepare detailed site plans for commercial and industrial projects, including zoning lot coverage, setbacks, parking requirements, and landscaping.

    Permit Acquisition: Coordinate with city planning departments and other regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits for site development.

    Code Compliance: Ensure that all project designs adhere to local building codes, zoning ordinances, and other relevant regulations.

    Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, and develop site plans that meet their requirements.

    Project Management: Oversee the design and development process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

    Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and permit applications.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and industrial site planning

    Strong understanding of zoning regulations, building codes, and other relevant regulations

    Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with sustainable design and green building practices

    LEED certification
