    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator with a solid background in the ironwork industry. The ideal candidate will possess both hands-on experience and a strong ability to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of ornamental and structural ironwork projects. Your expertise will play a key role in driving the success of our projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for ornamental and structural ironwork projects, including labor, materials, and timelines. • Review project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to understand project requirements. • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to gather necessary information for estimates. • Conduct site visits as needed to assess project conditions and provide informed cost evaluations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, pricing, and industry trends to ensure competitive estimates. • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain accurate pricing and delivery schedules. • Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and support contract negotiations. • Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless project handoff and alignment of estimated costs with project execution. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an estimator in the ornamental and/or structural ironwork industry. • Hands-on experience in ironwork, with a solid understanding of fabrication and installation processes. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. • Proficiency in estimating software and tools; experience with project management software is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly
