have 5 or more years of experience in an architecture firm

be proficient in Revit. Experience with AutoCAD, Sketchup, and MS Office is helpful.

be able to plan out and create drawings / drawing packages independently based on the design, details, and criteria that you are given

have experience leading other

have solid communication skills

be motivated and ready to listen, learn, and grow
