Project Manager -Architectural – West Palm Beach

• You have previous experience working full-time on-site for projects with schedules of 12 months or more, where you successfully aligned design solutions with constructability while ensuring the project stayed within budget and met deadlines.
• You love the role of the liaison between design, construction and stakeholders in the project.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s Degree Preferred) and a minimum of five years’ experience with at least one project onsite from inception to completion.
• Strong Experience with architectural project management concepts and workflows, preferably in commercial, hospitality, country club, restaurant and multi-story residential projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead by example and lead others to complete deadlines on time and on budget while maintaining design excellence.
• Understanding to create and revise fee estimates and project schedules.
• Assist the General Contractor during construction by answering RFIs, issuing ASIs and processing shop drawings.
• A portfolio showcasing your experience and work in both commercial and residential projects.
• Knowledge of typical Structural and MEP Systems, Building Codes and the Permitting process.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of up to $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
