DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s Degree Preferred) and a minimum of five years’ experience with at least one project onsite from inception to completion.
- Strong Experience with architectural project management concepts and workflows, preferably in commercial, hospitality, country club, restaurant and multi-story residential projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead by example and lead others to complete deadlines on time and on budget while maintaining design excellence.
- Understanding to create and revise fee estimates and project schedules.
- Assist the General Contractor during construction by answering RFIs, issuing ASIs and processing shop drawings.
- A portfolio showcasing your experience and work in both commercial and residential projects.
- Knowledge of typical Structural and MEP Systems, Building Codes and the Permitting process.
