Architectural Designer

Eden Prairie, MN | Direct Hire | $24 - 35/hr

Konik is partnering with a growing company with an excellent culture, benefits package, and challenging design projects seeking an Architectural Designer to join their team. In this role, you will be a part of a team completing architectural 3D modeling, construction document production, and project production tasks for commercial building projects. 

Architectural Designer Responsibilities:

• Production of construction documents through the use of Revit BIM, AutoCAD, and Adobe applications.
• Set up drawing sheets, and organize drawing sheet information as directed
• Assist in the production of design details from provided redlined direction
• Manage and coordinate model needs with internal and external design team members using BIM applications
• Create presentation drawings and rendered exhibits for submittal to internal and external groups.

Architectural Designer Requirements:

• AAS Degree in Architectural Technology or a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 2+ years of professional experience with architectural production work, preferably with commercial building projects
• Proficient use of Revit
• Experience with Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and NavisWorks preferred
• Thorough knowledge of BIM/CAD procedures and standards
• A strong foundation of technical architectural knowledge.
• Ability to work in office Monday-Friday
