Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Window Film Installer to join our Turbo Tint team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for professionally installing window films on commercial, residential, and architectural surfaces. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Install Window Films: Measure, cut, and apply various types of window films, including solar control, decorative, and security films, to commercial and residential windows.

Ensure Precision & Quality: Apply films with a smooth, bubble-free finish, ensuring proper alignment and edge trimming.

Prepare Surfaces: Clean and prep glass surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion and durability.

Handle Materials & Equipment: Safely transport and utilize tinting tools, films, and related materials at job sites.

Interact with Clients: Communicate with property owners, managers, and contractors to understand project needs and provide expert recommendations.

Maintain a Safe & Organized Workspace: Follow safety protocols and keep work areas clean and professional.

Inspect & Finalize Installations: Review completed work to ensure high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in window film installation is a must.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Proficient in using hand tools, cutting tools, and squeegees.

Ability to read and follow technical instructions or blueprints.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work at heights if necessary.

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

Other Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
